摘要
目的观察间苯三酚针联合吲哚美辛栓在治疗经尿道膀胱肿瘤或膀胱黏膜电切术后膀胱痉挛的疗效。方法将膀胱肿瘤及腺性膀胱炎术后出现膀胱痉挛的76例患者随机分为间苯三酚针+吲哚美辛栓组(A组)和山莨菪碱针+布桂嗪针组(B组),比较两组在治疗经尿道膀胱肿瘤或膀胱黏膜电切术后膀胱痉挛的疗效。结果 A组的疗效好于B组(P<0.05),且不良反应少于B组。结论间苯三酚针联合吲哚美辛栓在治疗经尿道膀胱肿瘤或膀胱黏膜电切术后膀胱痉挛效果好。
【Objective】 To observe the curative effects of phloroglucinol combined with indometacin on cystospasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor or mucous membrane of bladder.【Methods】 76 patients with cystospasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor or mucous membrane of bladder were randomized divided into two groups respectively according to the treatment style.The first group（A） was treated with phloroglucinol combined with indometacin and the second group（B） was subject to anisodamine combined with bucinnazine.Then we compared and analyzed the effects on cystospasm between the two groups.【Results】 Curative effect of the group A was better and with less untoward reaction than the group B（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Phloroglucinol combined with indometacin has the advantages of fewer side effects.The treatment of phloroglucinol combined with indometacin for cystospasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor or mucous membrane of bladder is safe and effective.
