煤矿重大事故风险评价方法的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究提出了煤矿重大事故——瓦斯煤尘爆炸事故、矿井火灾事故和矿井水灾事故——风险评价方法,采用指数法进行煤矿重大事故风险评价,设计了"煤矿水灾事故危险性评价表"和"瓦斯煤尘爆炸与火灾事故危险性评价表",提出了煤矿重大事故风险评价的方法步骤,研制了B/S模式的配套应用软件系统,在煤矿企业局域网上开展重大事故风险评价,以及风险预警、安全对策优选等工作。研究成果在协庄煤矿应用,取得了良好的社会效益。 This paper put forward the risk assessment method of major accidents in coal mine,such as gas and coal dust explosion accidents, fire accidents and flood accidents, conducted risk assessment on major accidents in coal mine by using the method of index evaluation,designed "the risk assessment table of flood accidents in coal mine" and "the risk assessment table of gas and coal dust explosion accidents and fire accidents in coal mine", presented the methods and steps of the risk assessment on major accidents in coal mine, and developed the matching software system based on B/S model in order to conduct the work such as risk assessment on major accidents in coal mine, early warning of risk and optimization of safety countermeasures on the LAN of coal mining enterprises. The research results have been applied in Xiezhuang Coal Mine successfully,and have achieved good social benefits.
