摘要
THI-700L是一款非接触式红外温度计,其带有PC端的控制软件,但是,由于该软件不能进行二次开发,给应用带来了不便。文章对温度计与附属软件间通信协议进行了分析,同时介绍了基于LabVIEW的控制软件的设计与实现。该软件实现了被测物体温度的多种显示方式与警告报错及数据存储等功能,解决了原附属软件不能集成到其他测控系统中的问题。实验表明,所设计软件可正确显示温度计的测量结果。
THI-700L is a non-contact infrared thermometer with control software on PC.Since the software cannot be developed secondly,it is inconvenient to apply.This paper analyzes the communication protocol between thermometer and accompanied software.Also the design and realization of controlling software based on LabVIEW are introduced.The software achieves functions of various displaying temperature of the measured object,warning error and storing data.It solves the problem that original software cannot be integrated to other measuring and controlling system.Experiments show that the designed software can display the temperature acquired by the thermometer correctly.
