摘要
农产品质量安全是农产品安全的首要屏障和根本基础,其安全是各级政府高度重视、百姓普遍关注的社会焦点问题。近年来,中国政府以提高农产品质量安全水平和增强国内外市场竞争力为目标,在相关法律法规完善、体系完备、制度建设、人才队伍培养等方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,农产品质量安全保持总体平稳、逐步向好的趋势。但中国农产品质量安全监管工作起步较晚、基础较差,现阶段仍存在诸多问题。只有继续着力于提高农产品质量安全水平,才能实现农业增效、农民增收、农产品竞争能力增强目标,才能实现现代农业及其关联产业更好、更快地发展。
Quality safety of agricultural products is the primary guarantee and fundamental basis of the agricultural products safety, which has become the focus issue concerned by government at all levels as well as public. Recently in order to improve the quality of ag- ricultural products and strengthen the competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets, China government has done plenty of effec-tive work in variety aspects including the perfection of relevant laws and regulations, system completion, institution construction and personnel training, which resulting in a generally stable and gradually upward trend of quality safety of agricultural products. However, at current stage many problems still remain because of the late start and poor foundation of quality safety regulation of agriculture prod-ucts. Only by focus on the improvement of quality safety of agriculture products, can we achieve the goal of enhancing the agricultural productivity, raising farmers＇ income, strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture products, and implementing a better and faster development of modern agriculture and its related industries.
