摘要
采用唐文清、张进辅编制的《大学生专业适应性量表》与俞文钊编译的《学业自我效能感问卷》,对随机抽取的550名大学生进行测试(其中调剂生163名),探讨了调剂生专业适应性与学业自我效能感的关系。结果表明:调剂生的专业适应性与学业自我效能感整体状况良好,但有部分个体表现出适应不良或效能感水平较低;专业适应性与学业自我效能感表现出显著正相关;专业适应性对学业自我效能感有显著的正向预测作用。
Using the professional adaptability scale of college students which was compiled by Tang Wen-qing and Zhang Jin-fu and a questionnaire about students' academic self-efficacy which was compiled by Yu Wen-zhao, we tested 550 college students (including 163 transfers) to investigate the relationship between the transfers' professional adaptability and their academic self-efficacy. The results show that: the overall level of professional adaptability, academic self-efficacy of the transfers is favorable, but some transfers show lower levels of professional adaptability or academic self-efficacy. The transfers professional adaptability and their academic self-efficacy are positively correlated; good professional adaptability promotes the academic self-efficacy.
