摘要
探讨了颗粒催化剂实验室筛选及考评装置设计的原则 ,给出了新型环柱状气相乙烯氧乙酰化催化剂考评实例。所采用的 U型管式反应器基本实现床层内等温操作 ,用于筛选新型颗粒催化剂有较强的可比性。
The principles for the design of evaluation device for granular catalyst are discussed, and an example of acetoxidation of ethylene on some new hollow cylindric catalyst is given. The U tubular reactor employed in this reaction practically achieves isothermal operation inside the bed, and presents good comparable results in screening new catalyst.
