摘要
在硅胶G高效薄层色谱板上 ,以乙酸乙酯 丙酮 水 甲苯 ( 6 5∶4 5∶1 2∶0 7)为展开剂 ,采取双波长薄层扫描法测定了颈复康冲剂中葛根素的含量 .结果表明 ,葛根素的点样量在 0 2 1 5~ 1 .72 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,回归方程为 y =45 6 5 1x+ 1 3789,r =0 .9998.平均回收率为 99 76 % ,变异系数为 1 34 % .颈复康冲剂中葛根素的含量为 2 0 6 % .
The content of Puerarin in “Jingfukang Granules” is determined by double wavelength densitometry scanning on silica G HPTLC plate and the eluant of CH 3COOC 2H 5 CH 3COOH 3 H 2O PhMe(6.5:4.5:1.2:0.7). The result showed that the standard curves of puerarin is linear in the range of 0.215~1.72 μg , equation was y=45 651x+13 789,r =0.999 8. The coefficient of average recovery and variation are 99.76% and 1.34%, respectively. The content of Puerarin in “Jingfukang Granules” is 2.06%.
