摘要
选取标准孔板、平衡流量计和均速管流量计三种常用的差压流量计,对其测量原理、适用工况和结构特点进行对比分析。通过计算三种流量计在蒸汽、空气和水等典型介质中的泵送能耗,得出不同流量计在使用中的年度耗电费用,并在实验数据基础上,结合三种流量计的特性,从运行成本、稳定性以及测量精度等方面进行综合分析,得出均速管流量计和平衡流量计都比标准孔板具有更高的经济性。
Three kinds of differential pressure flow meters of orifice plate flow meter, balanced flow meter and uniform velocity tube flow meter are compared and evaluated with measurement principle, application condition and structure characteristic. Pumping energy consumption is calculated with typical medium of steam, gas and water for these three flow meters and the annual electric cost is obtained under different flow rate. Based on obtained data and combination of characteristics of three kinds of meters, from the comprehensive evaluation of operation cost, working reliability and measuring accuracy, it is concluded both uniform velocity tube flow meter and balanced flow meter show higher economic benefit.
