钢纤维混凝土桥面铺装疲劳性能试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 为研究"剪力件+钢筋网+普通混凝土"和"剪力件+钢纤维混凝土"2种桥面铺装方案的抗疲劳性能,设计了5个桥面铺装结构模型,探讨了钢纤维、钢筋网、剪力件间距等对混凝土桥面铺装疲劳性能的影响规律.试验表明:剪力件间距对试件疲劳受力性能影响不明显;钢纤维混凝土结合剪力件的铺装方案克服了钢筋网难以定位的弱点,其抗疲劳性优于普通混凝土铺设钢筋网的铺装方案,且钢纤维能很好的限制混凝土中微裂缝的形成与发展.建议可以在混凝土桥面铺装层中取消钢筋网,而采用钢纤维混凝土结合剪力件的桥面铺装方案. "Studs and steel mesh and common concrete" and "Studs and steel fiber reinforced concrete" were two schemes widely used in concrete bridge deck pavement. In order to explore the anti-fatigue performance of the two schemes, five structure models were designed and steel fiber, steel mesh and studs spacing were the dominant variables. Experiments show that studs spacing had no consistent effect on the fatigue performance of the specimens. The second program avoided the problem to locate the steel mesh. And steel fiber reinforced concrete exhibit excellent performance of anti-crack, even if there were cracks but did not collapse. Finally, the second scheme was proposed to adopt in the concrete bridge deck pavement.
