摘要
分析了全程私家车和停车换乘两种出行方式的出行效用,在此基础上建立了停车换乘设施布局的离散双层规划模型.其中上层规划的优化目标为总的社会福利最大,而以弹性需求下的停车-换乘组合用户平衡作为下层规划,并设计了求解该模型的遗传算法.算例分析表明,不同的布局方案会对出行者的出行选择行为和交通状况产生显著影响,停车换乘设施布局优化模型和算法能够更好地优化停车换乘设施布局,使其能更有效得解决道路拥挤问题.
In this paper, through analyzing the utility of two types of trip mode: whole-course private car and parking and riding, a discrete bi-level programming model of parking and riding facilityrs layout is set up. Maximizing social total welfare is set as upper-level optimization goal, while equilibrium between parking and riding combination is referred to as lower-level programming, and the optimal al- gorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed. As example demonstrated, different layout has a striking influence on passengers" choice of trip mode and traffic condition. Besides, facility location and layout model under parking and riding can provide a better solution of facility location, and thereby ease road congestion more effectively.
