摘要
介绍了利用光学方法对上海同步辐射光源X射线光束位置进行实时测量以及对光斑图像进行动态分析的硬件结构和软件系统的设计方法。阐述了系统软件的功能,描述了图像面积、中心点位置等参数测量的方法,以及测量系统在上海同步辐射光源(SSRF)光束线线站上的应用结果。
An optical X-ray beam position monitoring system has been established on Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF). The software for control, data acquisition and data processing is based on EPICS. It can capture and process a real time image to give the center position and spatial distribution of synchrotron radiations. The system has been used on SSRF beamlines and the experimental results show that the design specifications have been achieved.
