摘要
直接操纵界面 (DMI)、超文本、虚拟环境 (VE)和计算机支持协作工作 (CSCW)等技术的设计和应用 ,极大地推动了计算机技术的发展 ,同时也产生了若干人因素问题 .本文对直接界面设计中的“隐喻”问题、超文本应用的“迷失”问题、虚拟环境设计中的“沉浸”问题 ,以及计算机支持协作工作中的社会性接触问题等 ,进行了总结、分析和讨论 .作者提出 ,人 -计算机交互作用研究中存在的上述人因素问题值得引起重视 .
The design and uses of direct manipulation interface (DMI), hypertext, virtual environment (VE) and computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) had made great contributions to development of computer techniques. Meanwhile, some related human factor issues were found. The metaphor issue in the design of direct manipulation interface, the disorientation issue in the use of hypertext, the immersion issue in the design of virtual environment, the social contact issues in the design of computer supported cooperative work, etc., were summarized, analyzed and discussed in the present article. It was believed that those human factor issues should be considered in the human\|computer interaction studies.
