公务员薪酬对其廉洁行为影响的研究——基于前景理论的分析 被引量：4

摘要 本文运用前景理论分析了公务员薪酬在一定程度上影响其廉洁行为,随着薪酬提高,边际行为者可能演变为绝对廉洁行为者或绝对不廉洁行为者,加强对公务员的监督、加大对贪腐者的惩罚是防治腐败的有效手段。
