摘要
研究了分割血小板超微结构图像的问题 ,并提出了一套完整的分割算法。它包括边缘检测。
The problem of segmenting thrombocyte image was considered, and a series of algorithms which include edge detection, eliminating edge points not in the cell contour and thresholding based on edge image was introduced.
