Sum of powers Natural Numbers:S m(n)=∑nk=1k m(abbreviation sum of equal powers)is a ancient difficult problem,and Bernoulli's number have close ties with.In this paper make use theory of number method gain succinct recurrence formula for sum of equal powers and general purpose formula for Bernoulli's number,107 expressions on the sum of equal powers are given by the formula above and Bernoulli's numbers B 1～B 106 ard the cycle integrating formula are obtained.
