摘要
四极杆几何误差对质谱仪性能具有实质性影响。区分不同类型几何误差的影响,有利于实现有重点的几何精度控制,提高产品性能,有效降低生产成本。研究对径极杆角度误差对四极杆质谱性能的影响,应用基于电荷模拟法的模拟仿真方法,分别计算角度误差为0.1o、0.5o、1o的四极杆质量分析器的电场系数、质谱峰以及稳定区图。计算和分析的结果表明,当存在对径极杆角度误差(小于1o)时,四极杆的稳定区域变小,但是稳定区图顶端的尖锐程度并没有明显变化,因此角度误差对四极杆质量分析器分辨率的影响可以忽略。
The geometric error has a significant impact on the property of quadrupole mass filter,studying the individual influence of different type of geometry error would be helpful to improve the property of quadrupole mass filter and reduce the manufacture cost.The influence of the angular error of the opposite electrodes was investigated,a simulation procedure based on the method of equivalent charges was developed,the harmonic amplitudes of the electric field,the peak shapes as well as the stability diagram of the quadrupoles with the angular error of 0.1o,0.5o,1o was calculated.The result showed that the stability area became shrinked with the presence of the angular error(less than 1o),however,the peak shape of the stability diagram showed quite a small change,and the effect of the angular error can be neglected.
