摘要
目的:解南通地区大型医用影像设备购置情况,根据南通地区大型医用影像设备的调研结果进行分析,探讨区域设备购置规划及卫生政策实施的合理性。资料与方法:对南通所属地区拥有DSA、CT、MR的55家医院进行现场调研,包括:南通各地大型医用影像设备的分布种类、台数、购机金额、二手机等,对其万人拥有CT台数、每台CT覆盖范围进行调研。结果:各类大型医用影像设备总台数为:DSA 10台、CT 60台、MR 11台;其中,二手CT机有7台均分布在一级医院;万人拥有CT台数平均为0.08台;每台CT机所覆盖的面积(km2)平均为141.60km2,覆盖面积最大的如东地区为每台覆盖267.42km2;不能满足诊疗需求。MR、DSA均分布在三级和二级医院;一家医院拥有多台CT机的均分布在三级和二级医院里。结论 :要加大对南通部分地区大型医用影像设备购置的投入,制定规划时要充分考虑医院的等级、地区所在位置、人口、面积以及经济实力等重要影响因素。
Objective To have a better understanding of the purchase for large medical imaging equipment in Nantong area and study the rationality of region equipment purchase project and implementation of health policy through the analysis of the research results on large medical imaging equipment in Nantong Region.Materials and Methods Carry out an on-site investigation in 55 hospitals of Nantong region possessing DSA,CT and MR,including the distribution,number,acquisition cost of medical imaging equipment including used CT scanner,as well as the themes about the ratio for the CT scanner（one per million people） and the average geographical area serviced by each CT.Results In Nantong area,the total numbers of each different equipment are respectively 10 DSA systems;60 CT and 11 MR scanners.Seven used CT scanners are all distributed in primary hospitals.CT units per ten thousand people possess are 0.08.The average geographical area serviced by each CT was 141.60 km2.The largest area which is covered by one CT is 267.42km2 in Rudong area,which cannot satisfy the needs of patients.MR scanners or DSA systems are distributed in tertiary or secondary hospitals.Hospitals with more than one CT unit are those above secondary hospital.Conclusion Taking the important factors as level of the hospital,the location,population,area and economic status of region into consideration,it’s necessary to increase the budget for the purchase of large medical imaging equipment.
