摘要
介绍了微型灵巧弹药的四象限探测控制系统的原理和系统构成,对影响微型灵巧弹药精度的几个控制系统重要因素进行了研究。利用Matlab分析了四象限探测器的光斑大小对探测精度的影响,分析出光斑的最佳直径等于四象限探测器直径的一半。研究了背景光对信号的干扰,采用滤光片和隔直电路滤除背景光。分析了信号调理电路的需求,通过Multisim仿真验证,结果表明该电路可以有效地将微弱的脉冲信号进行放大并且将脉宽展宽至ms级。研究了系统处理器的性能特点,选择了合适的处理器MSP430F149,分析表明,该处理器能在1ms内完成信号的采集转换,并且进行实时控制。
Theorem and composition of four quadrant detecting and control system for micro smart ammunition were introduced.Research on several important factors which affect the precision of micro smart ammunition was taken.Analysis based on matlab showed the effect on the precision of detecting caused by the facula on four quadrant detector and the best diameter of the facula was figured out and it was half of the diameter of the detector.Research of the interference of background light with the signal was done and the method was proposed using a filter and blocking circuit to filter out the background light.The need of signal conditioning circuit was analyzed.Emulation based on Multisim showed that this circuit could amplify the weak pulse signal and extend the pulse width to the level of ms.Capability of CPU in this system was studied and the appropriate CPU MSP430F149 was chosen.Analysis showed that it could finish signal acquisition and conversion in 1 ms and achieve real-time control.
