摘要
东莞篮球中心屋盖结构为马鞍形车辐式钢结构,南北低、东西高。其环梁位于屋盖外端,整体呈马鞍形,由幕墙环梁与外环梁构成,中间通过2道系杆连接,两端与主体箱型梁相连。通过介绍马鞍形环梁的制作方法、安装矫正措施、测量方案、焊接方式等,可为今后类似工程环梁精确闭合及安装精度控制提供参考。
The saddle roofing system of the basketball center in Dongguan is radial steel structure whose south and north part is low, east and west part is high. The saddle ring beams located outside the roof consists of glass wali ring beams and outer ring beams, which, in the middle, were linked together by two brackets and connected to the main box beams. The article mainly introduced the fabrication of the saddle ring beams, installation corrective measures, measurement plan, welding method, etc. The studies on these problems are significant for construction of the same kind structure in the future.
