沙田柚各器官特异蛋白质的研究 被引量:3

STUDIES ON THE ORGAN-SPECIFIC PROTEINS OF CITRUS GRANDIS VAR. SHATINYU HORT.

摘要 利用SDS-PAGE对沙田柚 (Citrusgrandisvar.ShatinyuHort.)的茎、叶、花萼、花瓣、花药、花柱和子房的可溶性蛋白质进行比较分析 ,检测到茎中的分子质量 3 1 0ku,叶中的 56 0ku ,花药中的 59 0ku ,58 0ku,4 4 0ku ,3 7 2ku,3 6 0ku ,3 5 5ku,3 3 .0ku,2 1 .0ku,1 5.4ku,花柱中的 4 3 .0ku,3 8.5ku,子房中的 3 3 .5ku的蛋白质分别为各器官的特异蛋白质 对茎、叶、花药、花柱的全蛋白质进行IEF -SDS -PAGE双向电泳分析结果也确定了相应于各自SDS-PAGE上特异蛋白质带的特异斑点 ,而且 ,SDS-PAGE图谱上的一条蛋白质带在IEF -SDS-PAGE双向图谱上呈现等电点不同而分子质量相同的几个斑点 各器官的蛋白质含量以花药的最高 。 Soluble proteins were analyzed by the use of the technique of SDS PAGE,which were extracted from various organs(stem,leaf,septal,petal,stamen,style,ovary) of Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort. The majorities of the proteins were expressed in these organs. But there were some proteins specific to one organ.They were 31.0 ku in stem,56.0 ku in leaf,59.0 ku,58.0 ku,44.0 ku,37.0 ku,36.0 ku,35.5 ku,33.0 ku,21.0 ku,15.4 ku in stamen,43.0 ku,38.5 ku in style,33.5 ku in ovary. IEF SDS two dimensional electrophoresis showed the total proteins of the stem,leaf,stamen,style. Many SDS PAGE protein bands represented several protein dots in IEF SDS PAGE. Proteins ananysis of various organs showed that stamen contained the greatest amount and septal the least amount.
