摘要
目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平与老年糖尿病肾病的相关性及雷公藤多苷的治疗效果。方法根据糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白严重程度,将患者分为尿蛋白正常组、微量白蛋白尿组以及大量白蛋白尿组,分别检测其血清CRP水平并与对照组进行比较;将患者随机分为治疗组与非治疗组,治疗组加用雷公藤多苷进行治疗,4个月后观察患者肾功能及CRP水平。结果与正常组相比,糖尿病肾病患者血清CRP水平显著升高(P<0.05),尿蛋白水平越高,CRP升高更加明显(P<0.05);雷公藤多苷治疗后,患者的血肌酐、尿素氮和肌酐清除率均显著改善(P<0.05),CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05),以治疗组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP与老年糖尿病肾病发生发展密切相关,并能够反映出雷公藤多苷对糖尿病肾病良好的治疗效果。
【Objective】 Explore clinical effects of tripterysium glucosides in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and correlation between CRP and diabetic nephropathy.【Methods】 Divided patients with diabetic nephropathy into DNN,DNS and DNM groups according to their level of proteinuria,detected CRP levels and compared with control group;Applied tripterysium glucosides to treat patients for 4 months then observe their CRP level and renal functions.【Results】 Compared with control group,CRP level in DN groups increased significantly（P 0.05）,and more significantly in patients with higher level of proteinuria;After 4 months treatments,renal functions were recovered and level of CRP decreased significantly in all patients（P 0.05）,more significantly in patients treated by tripterysium glucosides（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Serum CRP level by which fine clinical effects of tripterysium glucosides could be reflected is correlated with occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
