摘要
在桉属树种中,柠檬桉(Eucalyptus citriodora)是福建闽南地区外引树种中最成功的树种之一。漳洲市已建立柠檬桉生产基地,现已种植10万余亩。预计到本世纪末中幼林将逐渐成林,进入间伐和轮伐期。本课题根据福建省林业厅的委托,对柠檬桉的综合利用途径,进行全面的探索性研究。本文系统地论述柠檬桉显微构造,纤维形态和化学组成,为柠檬桉的利用提供理论依据。在此基础上,研究以柠檬桉为原料制造胶合板、刨花板、纤维板,并优化出制造各种人造板的工艺条件。试验证明,柠檬桉用于制造人造板是可行的。
E.citriodora is the most promising species among the introdu-ced eucalyptus。A E.citriodora base with bout 7000 ha of plantingarea has been set up in Zhangzhou city in Fajian.It is expect-ed that botb the mid_age and uvenile trees will grow up and comeioto thinning by the end of this contury The parpose of thissubject,entrusted by orestry Department of Fujian Province,isto explore a systematic approach to the integrated utilization of E.citriodora.It systematically expounds the microstructure,the morphologyof fiber and the chemical components of .citriodora which pro-vide a theoretical basis for the utilization of E.citriodora.The plywood,particleboard,waterboard,hardboard and medium density fiberboard madefrom E.citriodora wore studied hen.The production technique forvarious wood-based panels mentioned above was optimized.It has been proven hat t is feasible to produce wood-based panelswith E.citriodora.
