摘要
着重论述了系统的内外协调的有关内容，并同时指出，系统的内外协调是系统保持其活力，发挥其正常功能和促使其进化的决定性因素。
The author mainly discussed the contents in reference to the inner and outer coordinations of a system, and meanwhilc pointcd out that the inner and outer coordinations of a system are decisive factors for the system to maintain its vitality, to play its normal functions and to accelerate its evolution.
