摘要
目的评价不同厂家的六味地黄浓缩丸中化学成分的一致性。方法采用1HNMR-PCA技术获取六味地黄浓缩丸乙醇提取物的化学成分信息,以主成分分析法(PCA)统计分析获得的信息。结果 4个不同厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸的乙醇提取物的化学成分均存在一定的差异。结论1HNMR-PCA法能较客观地反映不同厂家生产的同种中药制剂的化学成分的一致性。
OBJECTIVE To compare the conformity of Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills from different manufacturers.METHODS The information of chemical components of Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills was obtained using the 1HNMR technology,and to be analyzed by principal component analysis（PCA） methods.RESULTS The results are different between any two kinds pills from different manufactures.CONCLUSION The method of 1HNMR-PCA could effectively distinguish the difference between the samples of Liuwei Dehuang concentrated pills from different manufacturers.
