摘要
探索了改进糖醇发酵培养基 (采用 1 5磅 30分钟 ,一次性灭菌 )制备的方法 .改进法与常规试验的产气量 ,经 T检验 ,结果二者间无显著差异 .该法具有操作简捷 ,无二次污染等优点 .
In this paper we explore the amended method of making maltose fermenting substratum through a lump sum blend technique of sterilization by using fifteen pound in fifteen minutes. By this new teckique the air is produced almost the same in volume as by the old one′s through T examination. Many reenperiments have showed that this tecknigue has such advantages as operating easily and causing no second pouution.
