摘要
目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征孕妇血清胱抑素C水平变化及其临床价值。方法利用全自动生化仪测定56例健康妊娠晚期妇女和60例妊娠高血压综合征孕妇血清胱抑素C水平和其他肾功能指标。结果妊娠高血压综合征孕妇血清胱抑素C水平较健康晚期孕妇明显增高(P<0.01)。结论血清胱抑素C在重度妊高征孕妇中有明显变化,能反映妊高征者早期肾损害,同时反映病情发展。
Objective To explore the changes and clinical value of cystatin C level in gravidas with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome（PIH）.Methods The cystatin C level and other kidney function indexes were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer in 56 healthy gravidas of late pregnancy and 60 gravidas with PIH.Results The cystatin C level in PIH gravidas was increased significantly compared to the healthy gravidas of late pregnancy（P0.01）.Conclusion The cystatin C level in severe PIV gravidas has significant change,which reflects the early renal damage in PIH as well as the progress of the disease condition.
