摘要
目的构建实用性及操作性强的新型农村合作医疗统计指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法对指标的实用性、代表性进行评价,利用问卷调查法对指标的操作性进行评价,利用制定的评价原则对指标进行实用性与操作性筛选。结果评价出实用性及操作性较强的新型农村合作医疗统计指标27个,指标实用性评价专家咨询的积极系数第一轮为94.44%,第二轮为100.00%;指标操作性评价的积极系数为100%;专家权威程度两轮分别为0.86和085;协调系数第一轮专家咨询实用性为0.28、代表性为0.32,第二轮实用性为0.27、代表性为0.23(P<0.05)。结论筛选出的新农合统计指标体系较为实用、可靠,可用于评价新型农村合作医疗工作。
Objective To establish a practical and feasible statistics indicators system for New Rural Cooperative medical system. Methods The practical applicability and representation of statistical indicators for New Rural Cooperative medical system were evaluated by using Delphi experts consultation method, operability of statistical indicators was evaluated by using the questionnaire survey, and the practical applicability and operability of indicators were screened by using the relevant principles. Results A set of indicators system including 27 indicators with the practicability, representation and operability were determined. In the two rounds Delphi expert consultation, the positive coefficient was 94.44% and 100.00% respectively, authoritative coefficient was 0.56 and 0.64 respectively. The coordinate coefficient of practicability and representation was 0.28 and 0.32 respectively in the first round, and they were 0.27 and 0.23 respectively in the second round （ P〈0.05 ） .The positive coefficients in one round operability evaluation was 100.00%. Conclusion The statistical indicators for New Rural Cooperative medical system that were screened strictly were practical and feasible, which could be used to evaluate the New Rural Cooperative medical system.
