摘要
提高起毛机的传动性能可改善织物的起毛风格和质量,为此,根据起毛机的工作原理及工作参数要求,利用斜齿轮传动方式设计起毛机大扭矩平稳传动系统,并对该传动系统进行运动学和力学分析,同时对斜齿轮进行接触应力有限元分析,对针辊进行静力学有限元分析。结果表明:斜齿轮传动啮合是一个逐渐进入、脱离的过程,并且传递扭矩大,传动平稳,齿面接触应力和应变较小,满足设计要求;在传动过程中,针辊受力均匀,且应力变形较小,从而能够保证织物起毛质量要求;起毛机大扭矩平稳传动系统的传动平稳性和动力性能较好。
To improve the transmission performance of raising machine is one of the important ways for enhancing the raising style and quality of fabric.According to the working principle and the required raising process parameters,the transmission system of raising machine is innovatively designed for large torque and smooth driving by using the transmitting features of helical gears.The designed system is analyzed with kinematics and dynamics,and finite element analysis of the helical gears contact and statics analysis of needle roller are carried out.The results showed that the meshing of helical gears is a large torque and smooth transmitting process of gradually entering and withdrawing,and the contact stress and strain become smaller enough to meet the design requirements.In the course of transmission,the force acting upon the needle roller is even,and with smaller stress and deformation,and the raising quality requirements of fabrics is ensured.Therefore,the large torque and smooth transmission system is developed with advantages of higher dynamic performance and stability.
