聚苯硫醚纺粘非织造材料的制备及其过滤性能 被引量:11

摘要 为利用纺粘法制备聚苯硫醚(PPS)非织造材料,首先对PPS原料进行了差示扫描量热法、热重分析以及熔体流动速率(MFR)测试。测试结果显示:PPS原料具有较好的热稳定性;熔体流动性在315℃时最好,为158.7 g/10 min。在此基础上,利用纺粘非织造实验机成功制备了PPS纺粘非织造材料,并对其过滤性能进行了测试。结果表明:PPS纺粘非织造材料的纤维平均直径为37.6μm,孔径近似呈正态分布,平均孔径为31.6μm,对10μm以上颗粒具有高达98.1%的过滤效率。 In order to prepare polyphenylene sulfide spunbonded nonwoven material,the properties of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) were studied by DSC,TG and MFR firstly.The study results showed that PPS had good thermal stability with melt flow rate(MFR) reaching the maximum value at 315 ℃,i.e.,158.7 g/10 min.On this basis,the PPS spunbonded nonwoven material was successfully prepared with a laboratory spunbonding machine.Then,its filterability was tested.The results showed that the fibers of PPS spunbonded nonwoven material have an average diameter of 37.6 μm,and average pore size of 31.6 μm,with the curve of aperture distribution belonging to the normal distribution one.The filterability of the material for particles larger than 10 μm was up to 98.1%.
