摘要
本文指出知识界有关"中国摇滚乐"研究的一个普遍问题,即过分热衷于谈论背后的"摇滚精神",并将之本质化为反叛和先锋性等。笔者认为所谓"核心和本质"的摇滚精神是文化建构的,是西方后殖民话语的结果和知识界的情感投射,尤其不应忽视摇滚的音乐本体美学、音乐话语的复杂性、内部的权力关系,以及实际的产业问题等。
The essay points out a wide-spread tendency in the research of 'Chinese rock ‘n’ roll' in which people are overly enthusiastic towards the rock ‘n’ roll spirit,stressing the rebellion nature and Avant-garde characteristics.This author concludes that the so-called 'core and essence' of the rock ‘n’ roll spirit is built upon the culture and it is a result of the Western post-colonial discourse and the intellectual community’s emotional projection.
