摘要
目的:了解基层医疗卫生机构门诊处方用药的现状,促进合理用药。方法:以《处方管理办法》、《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知》、《新编药物学》等为依据,以《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》为标准,随机抽取重庆市某区基层医疗卫生机构2010年7月-2011年7月的463张门诊处方进行点评,判断不合理处方并进行归类分析。结果:存在每张处方用药品种数高、抗菌药物使用率及注射剂使用率高、国家基本药物使用率较低等情况。195张不合理处方(497项)中,不规范处方共174项,占总数的35.0%;药品不适宜处方共262项,占总数的52.7%;超常处方共61项,占总数的12.3%。结论:建议基层医疗卫生机构重视信息化建设,加强相关知识培训,加强处方审核,完善相关制度。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of drugs in outpatient department of a primary hospital in order to improve ra- tional use of drugs. METHODS： 463 outpatient prescriptions were randomly collected from a primary hospital in Chongqing area during Jul. 2010-Jul. 2011, and then irrational prescriptions were classified and analyzed with the standards of Hospital Prescription Evaluation and Management（trial） according to Prescription Management, Chinese Pharmacopeia · Clinical Drug Use Principle and New Edited Pharmacy. RESULTS ： Many kinds of drugs were used in each prescription, utilization ratio of antibiotics and injection were in high level but that of essential drugs was low. Of 195 irrational prescription （497 items）, there were 174 items of non-standard prescription, accounting for 35.0% ; there were 262 items of unsuitable drugs used, accounting for 52.7% ; there were 61 items of excessive prescription, accounting for 12.3%. CONCLUSIONS： It is recommended to enhance information con-struction, strengthen training and prescription check and improve related system in primary hospital.
