摘要
四逆散出自《伤寒论》,具有透解郁热、疏肝解郁理脾之效。近代伤寒宗师刘渡舟善用四逆散合方治疗肝郁之病,曰:"阳经之枢机,在于少阳;阴经之枢机,在于少阴。少阳者,用小柴胡汤加味以疏达之;少阴者,宜四逆散畅通少阴之枢以达其阳"。笔者受此启发,采用本方加味治疗因肝郁而致的顽固性失眠、冠心病、慢性胆囊炎等疾病,紧扣肝郁气滞之机,行疏肝理气,每获良效。
Si Ni San from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases, it has the function of Toujie Yure and Shugan Jieyu Lipi. The modem typhoid grandmaster LIU Du-zhou utilized Sinisan to treat liver depression of the disease, he said： ＂The focus of Yangjing lies in Shaoyang; the focus of Yinjing lies in Shaoyin. Shaoyang was used Xiao Chaihu decoction to achieve its yin; Shaoyin was treated with Si Ni San to achieve its yang.＂ The author have been inspired, using this recipe to treat intractable insomnia, coronary heart disease, chronic cholecystitis and other diseases which were caused by liver depression, received good effect.
