五味豆汤改善T2DM胰岛素抵抗的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨五味豆汤对2型糖尿病(T2DM)胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:用酶法测定二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组各20例的空腹血糖(FPG)、OGTT2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)、血脂,计算HOMA-IR指数、中医症状积分的变化。结果:治疗后HOMA-IR明显下降(P<0.05),二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后FBG、FINS、Hb1Ac、2hPG、TC在二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组明显下降(P<0.05),二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后中医症状积分在在二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组明显下降(P<0.05),二甲双胍组和五味豆汤组进行组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:五味豆汤可以明显减轻胰岛素抵抗。 Objective: To investigate the impact of the Wuweidou decoction against insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: enzymatic measurement of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), OGTT2h glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA 1 c), fasting plasma insulin (FINS) and lipids of two groups (metformin group and Wuweidou decoction group), TCM calculated HOMA-IR index and symptom score changes. Results: HOMA-IR decreased significantly after treatment (P〈0.05), the two group showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). FBG, FINS, HblAc, 2hPG, TC in the two groups decreased significantly (P〈0.05), the two group showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). TCM symptom score decreased significantly in the two groups (P〈0.05), groups were compared, has a significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Wuweidou decoction could significantly reduce insulin resistance.
