摘要
目的探讨早期中医康复治疗与护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者疗效及生活活动能力的影响。方法将70例脑卒中患者随机分为早期中医康复治疗与护理干预组和对照组,6周后评价治疗效果,Barthel指数评分评价生活活动能力。结果早期中医康复治疗组疗效、生活活动能力Barthel指数评分明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期中医康复治疗与护理干预能提高急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效与生活活动能力。
Objective To investigate the influence of early Chinese medicine rehabilitation and nursing interventions for acute ischemic stroke patient outcomes and life activity.Methods 70 stroke patients were randomly divided into early Chinese medicine and rehabilitation treatment and care in the intervention group and control group,six weeks after the evaluation of treatment efficacy,Barthel Index score evaluation of living activity.Results Early Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment group,living activity Barthel Index score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The early Chinese medicine and rehabilitation treatment and care interventions can improve the ability of acute ischemic stroke patients with life activities.
