摘要
分析了精柔型企业文化的概念、特质和内容,指出精柔型企业文化是企业实施技术创新的强大推动力,而技术创新过程是建设精柔型企业文化的一个契机,它为科学提升企业技术创新能力、优建企业文化提供了新的研究思路和途径。
this paper analyzes the concept,characteristics and the contents of refinement flexibility enterprise culture,and points out that refinement-flexibility enterprise culture is the powerful driving force to the technological innovation and the process of technological innovation is a good opportunity to build refinement flexibility enterprise culture.It provides a new research train of thought and way for science to raise technical innovation ability of enterprises and excellent construction of enterprise culture.
