摘要
通过高温拉伸试验、热顶锻落锤试验、M6C相析出规律分析以及高温扩散退火试验等一系列试验,研究了GH141合金的热加工塑性。结果表明,GH141合金在1000~1150℃范围内加热具有良好的热加工塑性,生产中最佳加热温度为1170℃,使M6C相在加热过程中全部回溶,开锻温度≥1100℃,停锻温度≥1000℃。合金在锻造前应先进行(1180±10)℃高温扩散退火处理,保温时间≥10 h。
The hot working thermal plasticity of superalloy GH141 was studied through high temperature tensile test, hot drop upsetting test, precipitation rule analysis of M6C phase and high temperature annealing test. The results show that the superalloy GH141 has good hot working plasticity when treated at 1000-1150 ℃. The reasonable hot working temperature is 1170 ℃ in practical production, which can make all the M6C redissolve in the processing, and the starting temperature of forging is higher than 1100 ℃, the finish-forging temperature is higher than 1000 ℃. Also the alloy should be treated by (1180 ± 10) ℃ high temperature diffusion annealing for more than 10 h before forging.
