摘要
对少儿乒乓球运动员启蒙阶段如何树立目标、认真组队;加强教育、严格纪律;启蒙阶段的基本原则、基本手段以及在启蒙阶段训练和教育应该注意的问题进行探讨,指出优秀的乒乓球运动员在通往成功之路的漫长生涯中,少儿时期的启蒙训练和教育是极其重要的。
