摘要
下肢力量是跳水运动员最重要的身体素质之一。常用的下肢训练法有最大力量训练、爆发力训练、超等长训练等。跳水的下肢力量训练方法和内容应该根据项目的不同以及运动员的个体差异而制定。总结和阐述了中国国家跳水队常用的下肢训练方法,以及应该注意的问题。
Lower Body Strength Training is one of the most important qualities in diving. Maximal strength training, power training, and plyometrics training are frequently used in divers' lower limbs strength training, which should be designed based on divers' indi- vidual differences. This paper introduced common methods em- ployed by China' s national diving team.
