摘要
第二代支付系统建设是人民银行"十二五"期间进一步完善支付清算基础设施方面的一项重要任务,关系着城市处理中心(CCPC)的未来发展。本文从一、二代支付系统的结构性差异出发,探讨CCPC未来的职能转变和重新定位,针对CCPC未来发展过程存在的问题提出建设性建议。
The Second System is an important task in perfecting the infrastructure of the Payment and Settlement during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.The article analyzes structural differences between the First Payment System and the Second Payment System,discusses the transformation of CCPC functions,and puts forward suggestions on the problems of the future development of CCPC.
