摘要
目的探讨早期浆细胞性乳腺炎在乳管镜下,经乳管注入药物,冲洗治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析了65例经乳头乳管口注入药物冲洗乳管,局部清洁并消炎病变导管的临床资料。结果治疗后,乳腺疼痛及乳头溢液症状较前缓解,有效率为91.2%,治愈率85.6%。讨论经乳腺导管内注入药物,治疗早期浆细胞性乳腺炎,具有创伤小,疗效确切,操作简单的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of treatment by drug to undergo breast duct endoscope for Early plasma cell mastitis. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical data of 65 cases with drug bathe the mammary duct. Results After treatment, Clinical symptom was relieve.and45 Completely released,38 partly released.Effective rate is 91.2%,Curative rate is 85.6%.Conclusion Treatment for Inpatients with plasma cell mastitis by drug to undergo breast duct endoscope was insult mall,effective.we sugent that this operation is a new treat way.
