CO_2/N_2作输送载气对煤粉高压密相气力输送特性的影响 被引量:8

Influences of CO_2/N_2 as Carrier Gas on Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying of Pulverized Coal at High Pressure

摘要 该文在自主研发的密相气力输送实验装置上,分别以CO2和N2作输送载气,进行了兖州烟煤的输送实验,对两种输送载气下输送特性的异同进行比较分析,研究了操作参数和输送载气对输送特性的影响。研究结果表明,输送载气不同时,操作参数对输送特性的影响有相似规律,载气差异导致输送特性的差别也比较明显。两种载气下,煤粉质量流量都随总输送压差的增大而增大,随补充风流量的增大而减小;滑移速度都随总输送压差的增加而增大,随补充风流量的增加而减小;煤粉质量流量均随滑移速度的增大而增加。相同操作条件下,用CO2输送时,煤粉质量流量和滑移速度均较小,滑移速度与煤粉质量流量的关系也与用N2输送时有较大差异。 Based on the independent development dense phase pneumatic conveying system, conveying tests of Yanzhou bituminous pulverized coal using CO2 and N2 as carrier gas were carried out. Comparisons of differences and similarities of conveying characteristics between the two kinds of carrier gases were made. Results indicate that influences of operating conditions on conveying characteristics show similar rules, while there are significant differences in conveying characteristics when different kinds of cartier gases are used. Though the kinds of carrier gases are different, both solids mass flow rate and slip velocity increase with increase of total conveying differential pressure while decrease as supplemental gas flow rate increases, and solids mass flow rate increases with increase of slip velocity. Under the same operating conditions, solids mass flow rate and slip velocity are both smaller when using CO2 as carrier gas, and the relationship between them were significantly different.
