摘要
对生产过程中影响帘子线强力的主要因素进行了分析 ,结果表明 :原丝强力 CV值、生产过程与帘子线接触的设备、捻线工艺参数的控制等对帘子线强力都有明显的影响 。
The main factors influencing the tenacity of tire cord were analyzed. It was found that the tenacity of tire cord is evidently influenced by grey yarn tenacity CV value, the equipments contacting with the yarn during production and the twisting parameter control. The yarn store time and weaving process have little influence on the tenacity of yarn.
