摘要
探讨影响阳离子染料可染涤纶 (CDP)质量的因素 ,认为 CDP内在质量的稳定 ,以及合适的预结晶干燥温度、纺丝及拉伸工艺是影响质量的主要因素 。
The influential factors on the quality of cationic-dyeable PET fiber were discussed. The CDP internal quality and the process parameters such as precrystallization temperature, spinning and drawing process were considered as the main influential factors. The effective measures to improve the quality of CDP fiber were mentioned.
