摘要
讨论了国产涤纶 POY油剂 F SC-16 8的润湿、摩擦、耐热、抗静电性能及油膜强度和应用对生产过程、产品质量的影响 ,并与同类进口油剂进行了对比。油剂经厂家使用证明 ,其主要性能满足高速纺生产要求 。
The influence of wettability, frictional coefficient, thermal stability, antistatic behavior and membrane strength of domestic FSC-168 PET POY spin finish on production process and fiber quality was discussed. The comparison was made with the imported ones. It has been proved by PET filaments manufacture that the main properties of this finish meet the requirement of PET high speed spinning and equal the imported ones.
