摘要
新疆石河子市污水处理厂现状处理规模为10×104m3/d,出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的二级标准,由于多方面原因,出水不能达标排放。因此,该厂决定进行技术改造,而改造工艺方案的确定成为焦点。通过实地调研分析,在理论计算的基础上提出继续使用原工艺形式,恢复与土池结构配套的移动式水下悬挂链曝气器,并将其作为主要技术改造点。目前,改造后的石河子市污水厂运行稳定,出水可达标排放,达到了改造目的。
The design capacity of WWTP of Shihezi City in Xinjiang was 10 ~ 104 m3/d, and the effluent quality should meet the second class criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Mu- nicipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002 ). Due to various reasons, the effluent quality could not meet the discharge standard. Therefore, it was decided to perform the technical retrofit of the WWTP, and the focus was on the determination of technical process scheme. According to the analysis and calculation, the original process continued to be used, and the existing aerator was converted into moving aeration chains appropriate to the soil pool structure. Now, the retrofitted WWTP operates stably, and the effluent quality can meet the discharge standard. The retrofit purpose is achieved.
