云制造运营模式下对数螺旋锥齿轮的研发及推广

Research and promotion of logarithmic spiral bevel gear under operation mode of cloud manufacturing

摘要 根据装备制造业信息化新模式——云制造模式应用的两类不同层次及云用户任务需求信息类型的不同,提出了云制造系统中应具备研发及交易两类功能相对独立而又相辅相成的平台的思想,并以新型齿轮——对数螺旋锥齿轮的技术研发及产品推广过程为例,展现了其从设计理念的提出到制造能力及制造资源的匹配和技术研发过程中各方人员协同合作的过程,并对相应平台的相关实现技术进行了阐述,从整体上对云制造运营模式进行了展望。 According to the two different application modes and the different demands of the cloud users of the new pattern of the equipment manufacturing industry-clouding manufacturing,the thought that the cloud manufacturing system should have a research and transaction platform which function was independent and complementary to each other was put forward,and taking the course of technology researching and product popularize of the new gear-logarithmic spiral bevel gear for an example,the course from design concept was addressed to manufacturing capacity and manufacturing resource matching and the course of the all staff collaboration when technology researching were showed,the related realization technology was explained,and the further expectation to the operation mode of the clouding manufacturing on the whole was made.
