摘要
采用热力模拟试验机Gleeble1500D,在变形温度为950~1200℃、应变速率为0.01~15s-1以及最大变形程度为60%的条件下,对深冲压用高强度钢45K-DDQ做单道次压缩实验。分析了不同参数对流变应力的影响,重点结合不同应力模型的特点和最佳使用范围,探讨了应力模型使用范围对模型精度的影响;用回归法确定了应力模型中的变形激活能及材料常数,得到45K-DDQ钢在峰值应力条件和稳态应力条件下的变形激活能分别为318.975和288.397kJ.mol-1,最后得到了高精度的流变峰值应力模型,平均相对误差为1.572%,相关系数R为0.9989。
To analyze the effects of different parameters on the flow stress,the single-pass compression experiments were carried out with deep drawing high strength steel 45K-DDQ specimens using a Gleeble1500D thermal simulator at the temperature range of 950-1200 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.01~15 s-1 under the condition of maximum deformation of 60%.Considering and combining the characteristics and best application range of the different stress models,the average deformation activation energy under the peak stress and steady-state stress conditions with the regression method were obtained.And they are respectively 318.975 kJ·mol-1 and 288.397 kJ·mol-1.Finally,the rheological peak stress model was got.The mean relative error is 1.572%,the related coefficient R is 0.9989.
