摘要
对测定水样中SCN- 含量的分光光度法作了一些改进 ,以适应油田采出水中 ,特别是高含HCO-3 和CO2 -3 采出水中示踪剂硫氰酸铵含量的测定。改进后的该方法较为简便、快速 ,具有较高的精密度和准确度 ,测定值的相对标准偏差为 1 .0 7% ,加标回收率为 98.0 %— 1 0 3.1 %。
The classical spectrophotometric method of determination of SCN - in aqueous solution using Fe 3+ as color developer is applied to quantitative micro analysis of ammonium thiocyanate in oilfield produced water as tracer. The water samples are pretreated before analysis by filtration and acidization(with HNO 3) to remove any oil droplets, suspended solid, and CO 2 gas bubbles (generated from HCO - 3 and CO 2- 3 when their concentration is higher than 1000 mg/L). The method suggested is simple, rapid and of satisfactory precision and accuracy as evidenced by relative standard deviation of the determinations 1.07% and percentage recovery 98.0—103.1%.
