摘要
稠油降粘剂DJH 1是由表面活性剂和助剂组成的复合体系 ,它对胜利油田东辛断块、草桥的稠油有较好的降粘作用。本文介绍了DJH 1的降粘性能和典型应用实例。
DJH 1 is a chemical agent composed of anionic and nonionic surfactants and axiliaries and developed for reducing viscosity of viscous crude oil in producing wells and gathering pipelines. The functions of DJH 1 is to emulsify crude oil with water to form not stable O/W emulsions. The effects upon viscosity reduction of DJH 1 use level, water cut of oil, admixtured water amount, and temperature are investigated and discussed. It is shown that DJH 1 is effective for viscous crude oils from reservoirs of block Dongxin 120, block Xing 68 and Caoqiao in Shengli. A successful case of treating a viscous oil well by 3% aqueous DJH 1 solution is described.
