摘要
通过对 JK80 0 - 2型注水电机滚动轴承存在问题的分析研究 ,提出了将原滚动轴承改为油环轴承的改造方案 ,并设计了油环轴承 ,使其在额定转速为 2 980 r/ min,线速度为 14m/ s的 JK80 0 - 2型电机上正常运行。不仅为电机改造探索了一条途径 ,而且也为油环轴承使用范围的拓展、润滑机理的理论研究提供了实际依据。
A conversion program is set up for replacing original roll bearing with oil ring bearing based on analysis and study on roll bearing in model JK800 2 injection motor.Its design make model JK800 2 water injection operating successfully at the speed of 2 980 r/min and linear speed of 14 m/s.It not only provides approach of rebuild electromotive motor,but also offers an actual proof of expanding use of oil ring bearing and research of lubricate theory.
